  • Partner with other technical writers and with product managers, engineers, UX designer, and other stakeholders to embed yourself in the software development process.

  • Participate in collaborative content reviews and implement feedback to make your documentation best-in-class.

  • Tailor documentation to the intended audiences and advocate for the customer in all aspects of your job.

  • Independently manage your own projects.

What You’ll Need:

  • Excellent writing skills, including thoughtful information hierarchy, great sentence structure, and a conversational yet professional voice.

    • Appreciation and understanding of reusable information architecture.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with tight deadlines and high expectations.

  • A user-centric focus on what the customer needs, not what the system does.

  • Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and appreciation for process.

  • Passion for generative AI and an innate curiosity to experiment with it.

    • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).

    • Adaptability to keep up with rapid AI technology changes.

    • Demonstrated ability to write and optimize AI prompts and agents.

  • Portfolio of writing samples that demonstrate your ability to make complex technical subjects easy to comprehend for an intended audience.

Bonus Points:
