Gritter Francona is looking to potentially support a project to perform initial technical reviews of requests submitted under the Elizabeth Dole Act. This potential project's scope is involving the intaking, validating, reviewing, tracking, and summarizing of up to 30 recognition requests per month and creating digital resources necessary for implementation.
This project will establish repeatable processes, technical review standards, intake validation procedures, audit-ready documentation structures, and applicant communication workflows necessary for the project's framework.
Gritter Francona is looking for a Technical Writer/Editor for this potential project. The Technical Writer/Editor produces clear, digital resources by gathering and translating technical information into user‑friendly documentation; ensures correct terminology, consistency, and readability across all Digital Resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years developing technical documentation, SOPs, process maps, templates, guides, and compliance artifacts
- Strong background in editorial quality control, document standardization, and structuring information for digital resource libraries
- Experience supporting federal healthcare or regulatory programs preferred
