As a Technical Testing Senior Lead, you will be working in the Product Development Department, focusing primarily on the technical aspects of M-KOPA Phones. This includes the Customer experience, technical testing and ensuring accurate and complete Phones configuration processes for Nigeria and Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:Phone Configuration Management (RFS)
Maintain and update firmware and configuration settings for M-KOPA phones
Develop and document RFS (Ready for Sale) processes
Deliver training on phone configuration procedures
Technical & Commercial Testing
Conduct technical testing of new firmware to identify bugs and issues
Perform customer experience testing to ensure optimal phone usability
Execute root cause analysis and escalate bugs with detailed logs
Care Centre Support
Collaborate with repair centres to identify and address new technical issues
Provide training on technical repair processes and procedures
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Retail, Operations, and Commercial teams to optimize customer experience
Ensure seamless technical implementation across Nigeria and Ghana markets
This is a (hybrid/on-site) role, you would be working from our offices in Nigeria office, partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe and Africa. You will be reporting to the Commercial Testing Manager.
ExpertiseExperience with the Android Operating system including, routing, flashing and phone configuration.
Experience with Phone Locking Platforms (Samsung KNOX/Softlock) is an advantage.
Analytical mindset for systematically identifying security improvements for hardware, software and processes Good in navigating Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Attention to detail.
Good organization and planning skills.
Good report writing and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage own time with changing priorities in an agile environment.
