Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and dependable Interview Support Specialist to assist with job interview preparation and live interview readiness. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with mock interviews, and the ability to help improve interview performance through structured practice, feedback, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct mock interviews tailored to specific job roles and industries
  • Ask technical, behavioral, and situational interview questions based on job descriptions
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback on answers, communication style, and confidence
  • Help improve interview strategies, including response structure, clarity, and professionalism
  • Assist with preparation for phone, video, and panel interviews
  • Support the candidate in practicing introductions, project explanations, and follow-up responses
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend techniques for stronger interview performance

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in interview coaching, recruiting, hiring, HR, or professional mentoring preferred
  • Strong understanding of common interview formats and hiring expectations
  • Ability to adapt mock interviews to different roles, including technical and non-technical positions
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting candidates in software engineering, IT, or professional roles
  • Ability to provide real-time coaching and actionable feedback
  • Familiarity with behavioral interview methods and technical screening processes

Objective
The goal of this role is to help the candidate improve confidence, deliver stronger answers, and perform effectively during real interviews.
