How you can make a difference:

  • Leading and developing Technical Support project groups and expert teams across Hamilton Medical and medin Medical

  • Overseeing Technical Support activities in the CIS region, including Russia, while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements

  • Monitoring the timely execution of technical projects and field actions, including upgrades, updates and FSCAs

  • Supporting and developing global partner engineers to ensure high-quality technical support and effective use of tools, systems and processes

  • Ensuring partner engineers are trained and certified in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and health & safety requirements

  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Care and Regional Management to support commercial activities and cross-functional projects

That’s what you bring along:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Support or Technical Service within the medical technology industry, ideally in roles such as Support Engineer or Senior Service Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification with a strong technical affinity

  • Proven technical expertise in electronics, electromechanics and/or biomedical engineering, including field support and technical service experience

  • Experience in troubleshooting and interpreting device diagnostics, ideally for mechanical ventilation systems

  • Experience in planning and delivering technical service trainings for customers and international teams

  • Strong customer and partner relationship management skills with the ability to identify needs and deliver effective technical support solutions

  • Fluent English and Russian language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage

  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30%)

The position can be based anywhere across Europe.
