Provides technical support for robotics customers and key accounts, coordinating inquiries, resolving technical challenges, investigating complaints, and managing information flow. Plans resources, trains customers and internal Field Service Engineers, and leads Technical Support projects within the field organization. Requires an engineering degree or equivalent BSc, three years of similar experience, and a driver license.

How you can make a difference:
- Take responsibility for specific customers and key accounts
- Respond to and coordinate centrally received customer e-mails and calls in following company standards
- Perform independent time and resource planning within responsible area
- Ensure competent resolution of technical challenges
- Manage the effective flow of information both externally and internally
- Investigate and independently assess customer complaints in an economic and sustainable manner and ensure timely, customer-oriented and technically sound feedback to customers
- Support coaching and training of internal Field Service Engineers and provide user trainings at the customer's site
- Lead projects and supervise Technical Support projects within field organization
That’s what you bring along:
- Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electricity, Electronical, Biomedical ...) or BSc in similar branch
- 3 years of experience in similar role
- Driver license
