Pay Range

$64,400.00-$96,600.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.   Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus. 

Johns Manville is looking for a Technical Support Analyst located in Denver, CO.

The Technical Support Analyst works in a team environment to provide advanced-level user assistance by managing system administration tools, troubleshooting problems and interfacing with other technical groups to resolve complex issues. This includes desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices (iPhone and iPad), printers, copiers, as well as standard and non-standard desktop applications. Support equipment such as handheld scanners, vehicle mounted terminals, and WYSE terminals. Level I/II Systems Administration support on servers and network equipment. This position may take ownership of technical issues escalated from other analysts both in the technical support group and others, as well as lead small to medium sized projects and teams. This work must comply with JM’s quality, timeliness, and productivity standards to support JM business objectives.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT technical support and/or deployment environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Expert experience in broad technical areas including hardware and software
  • Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, software management and remote tools
  • Ability to apply research, knowledge and logic in order to troubleshoot problems in a technologically complex environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
  • Ability to attain certification on supported hardware
  • Solid technical documentation and training experience
  • Ability to continue technical training
  • Excellent capabilities in incident tracking software and/or processes
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot in a technologically complex environment
  • Basic project management skills
  • Ability to gather data and generate statistical reports
  • Ability to work and travel between Denver, CO and Littleton, CO locations
  • Moderate travel required (11 - 29 days per year)
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to and including 25 pounds
  • Work environment is typical of an office setting
