Ibotta is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers focusing on passive candidate search and developing pipelines of talent for positions across Engineering, Data, Analytics and Product. Candidates must be able to successfully manage and prioritize several concurrent searches against tight timelines. Every day is different at Ibotta, so being able to adapt to change is a must.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Technical sourcing across the full Technology organization, including Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Architecture, and Product Management

  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Technical Recruiters to understand evolving hiring needs, team dynamics, and success profiles across all of our technical teams

  • Build pipelines and proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive talent through advanced research, market mapping, and multi-channel outreach

  • Participate in special projects and initiatives including continuous improvement related to all sourcing techniques and process flows while leveraging technology / automation

  • Influence hiring teams with data-driven recommendations around talent market realities and sourcing prioritization

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of technical sourcing / recruiting experience with a minimum of 1 year in an in-house recruiting environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships

  • Proven success delivering passive pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-volume Technical teams

  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of creative sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research

  • ATS experience (WorkDay is ideal) with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

  • A proactive vs reactive, sourcing mindset with the confidence to communicate insights, challenges, and recommendations directly to leaders

  • Flexibility to jump in and support searches across any vertical of the business whenever bandwidth shifts or high-priority roles emerge

  • Ability to quickly evaluate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $94,000 - $108,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
