About Suki AI
Suki AI is a leading technology company revolutionizing healthcare through AI voice solutions. Our mission is to transform the healthcare technology stack, making it invisible and assistive to alleviate the administrative burden on clinicians. Our flagship product, Suki Assistant, is an AI assistant that uses generative AI to automatically create clinical documentation by ambiently listening to patient-clinician conversations. Suki helps clinicians complete notes 72% faster on average, assists with tasks like coding and answering questions, and generates incremental revenue, delivering a 9X ROI in year 1.
Beyond Suki Assistant, we offer our proprietary AI and speech platform,
Suki Platform, to partners seeking to integrate best-in-class ambient and voice AI experiences into their own solutions. We are an 8-year-old company with a consistent vision, focused on comprehensive administrative task reduction, not just an LLM wrapper. Suki is recognized as one of Fast Company's most innovative companies, Google's Partner of the Year for AI/ML, and one of Forbes' top 50 AI companies. We are backed by significant investors including Venrock and First Round Capital, having raised $165M to date, providing ample resources for scale.
The Opportunity
Suki is poised to disrupt a massive, growing $30+ billion market in healthcare transcription, dictation, and order-entry solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Solutions Partner. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on solving technical challenges and building strong relationships.
As a Technical Solutions Partner, you will be the bridge between our partners' technical teams and Suki's internal stakeholders. You will be instrumental in the pre-sales process, translating complex technical requirements into a clear vision of how Suki's Platform SDK & APIs will integrate and deliver value.
What You'll Do Every Day:- Be a Trusted Advisor: Lead the technical aspects of Suki sales opportunities, acting as the primary technical point of contact for potential partners. You'll analyze their use cases and requirements to illustrate how Suki's platform can provide transformative value.
- Drive Scoping and Integration: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define the scope of new projects. This includes architecting the vision for a partnership and outlining a clear path for integration.
- Translate and Communicate: Articulate complex technical details about Suki's platform, including our Web SDK and Headless APIs, to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also serve as the voice of the customer's technical team, relaying their needs and feedback to our internal teams.
- Show, Don't Just Tell: Deliver impactful presentations that demonstrate Suki's value proposition. You'll highlight how our AI platform can solve a partner's problems and deliver the return they expect.
- Support the Sales Process: Respond to technical questions in RFPs, address complex inquiries during sales engagements, and ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with both internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) and external stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Pre-Sales Expertise: Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role, ideally within a healthcare platform or B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of APIs, SDKs, and integration methodologies. You should be comfortable discussing technical architectures and data flows.
- Excellent Communication: The ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. You must be an excellent listener who can quickly understand a customer's needs and build consensus.
- Proactive and Collaborative: An entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for working across teams. You are comfortable being the liaison between different groups and driving projects forward.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Process Oriented: Excited about iterating on customer care processes to ensure the best user experience
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-moving organization that uses lightweight processes and cutting-edge technology to have a huge impact
- Rigor: Detail-oriented and hold others to a high standard
