3+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Strong data literacy with the ability to analyze complex datasets, understand relationships between data sources, uncover trends and opportunities, and translate technical findings into business recommendations that improve customer outcomes.
