Job Summary

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer to support customer implementations and technical operations for the platform.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer implementation, and technical operations, helping ensure successful onboarding and deployment across customer environments.

The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with customers, configuring systems, resolving technical issues, and helping scale technology implementations.

This person will work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure smooth platform adoption and reliable deployments.

Responsibilities
  • Join sales conversations to assess client technical needs and AI maturity

  • Define feasible and optimal technical approaches for each client

  • Translate client requirements into clear implementation plans

  • Set up and configure the platform end-to-end for enterprise clients

  • Design and refine system prompts and inputs to control platform behavior

  • Configure LLM settings, integrations (e.g., SSO), and platform features cohesively

  • Build repeatable playbooks to improve implementation speed and consistency

  • Act as the main technical point of contact for Sales and Customer Success

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with Engineering/Product when needed

  • Collect and structure client feedback to inform product improvements

Qualifications and Job Requirements
  • Experience configuring enterprise SaaS platforms (implementation, onboarding, or solutions engineering)

  • Strong prompt engineering skills to reliably guide LLM behavior

  • Proven experience working with clients, including C-level executives in large organizations

  • Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client implementations in parallel

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders.
