TeamDynamix is in search of a sharp, quick-learning, well-polished Technical Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll have the chance to manage projects, train customers, build integrations, and provide technical solutions to problems presented to us by our clients. About the role
- Manage the implementation of the TeamDynamix iPaaS application with a defined book of clients.
- Teach and train customers on best practices within iPaaS.
- Gather and document integration requirements and collaborate with clients to validate approach.
- Build integrations between various systems for clients using the TeamDynamix iPaaS application.
- Configure and test the integrations to ensure quality.
- Help TeamDynamix clients unlock the full potential of our iPaaS application.
- Manage project timelines, with the ability to multi-task across many client assignments.
- Provide timely and accurate project status to management.
- Maintain 100% client satisfaction with implementation projects.
- Contribute to our knowledge base to help clients and internal employees better understand the iPaaS application.
- Deliver high-quality, high-value consulting services to enable clients to recognize value from the solution and deliver end-user and administrative training as part of consulting projects.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of business or equivalent work experience.
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in professional services/consulting, solutions engineering, or solution automation in SaaS environments.
- 2+ years of working with customers in a technical environment.
- Experience working in an iPaaS platform (preferred).
- Exposure or experience with scripting languages such as Javascript, Python, and Powershell.
- Experience working with web services and REST based APIs.
- Curiosity and energy – ability to understand the client’s true problems.
- Highly skilled communicator and storyteller who can switch easily between technical and executive audiences.
- Strong project management knowledge, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy teaching and being a lifelong learner.
- Ability to define business requirements and translate them into creative solutions as well as build and sustain client relationships of trust and respect.
- Understanding of enterprise technologies and business processes.

What does this role pay?
The wage range for this role contemplates the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including (but not limited to) skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TeamDynamix, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000 to $125,000 plus a variable incentive.
