Who We Are
Our mission is to make the world programmable. Sight is one of the key ways we understand the world, and soon this will be true for the software we use, too.

We’re building the tools, community, and resources needed to make the world programmable with artificial intelligence. Roboflow simplifies building and using computer vision models. Today, over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow’s machine learning open source and hosted tools. That includes counting cells to accelerate cancer research, improving construction site safety, digitizing floor plans, preserving coral reef populations, guiding drone flight, and much more.

Our team is small relative to our impact, and we believe our user success is our success (not the inverse). A team member summarized: “Roboflow is a company full of giant brains and tiny egos.” We find software has a multiplier effect on all roles (not only product and engineering), so Roboflow employs developers across the company in design, sales, customer support, marketing, and beyond.

We’re supported by great customers and investors, having raised over $63 million from Google Ventures, Y Combinator, Craft Ventures, Sam Altman, Lachy Groom, and other leading software investors.

What We’re Looking For
You like to make great things with passionate colleagues. You thrive when you’re building — whether that’s a pipeline, process, or team. You’re deeply curious about how world-class product and engineering teams are built, and you love finding people who can do their life’s best work at Roboflow.

You can speak the language of product and design fluently enough to spot the signal in the noise — and you know how to get technical candidates genuinely excited about a company’s mission, team, and opportunity.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Product Recruiter, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for our Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and executives to understand our product vision and translate it into hiring strategy, ensuring we build a team that ships fast, cares deeply about users, and raises the bar for excellence.

  • Own recruiting for product, design, and research roles (e.g., MLEs, PMs, Designers, UX Researchers)

  • Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and interview processes

  • Build high-quality pipelines through sourcing, networking, and creative outreach

  • Drive a seamless and exceptional candidate experience — from first touch to offer close

  • Maintain a high standard for operational excellence: clear communication, data hygiene, and consistent process

  • Collaborate with Ops and Leadership to forecast needs and refine hiring systems across Roboflow

Who You Are
You’re equal parts relationship-builder and talent strategist — someone who understands how great product teams are built and wants to help scale one.

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally focused on product, design, or technical roles at high-growth startups

  • Strong understanding of product development and design workflows; ability to assess candidates beyond buzzwords

  • Exceptional sourcing skills and creativity in finding talent across communities, events, and open-source ecosystems

  • Excellent storytelling and candidate engagement skills

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a bias for action and accountability

  • Collaborative, candid, and able to influence across teams

Where You’ll Work
Roboflow is distributed across the US and Europe. We currently have Hubs in New York City and San Francisco (and plan to open more as we grow density in new cities). We provide opportunities (like team onsites in different cities) and resources (like a $4000/yr travel stipend) to work in person with other team members as much as you’d like, while also supporting remote team members. You can work from one of our Hubs (we offer a relocation bonus), work from home, work at co-working spaces, etc. We want you to work where you work best!

What You’ll Receive
To determine your salary, we use a number of market and data-driven salary sources. We review all salaries every six months to ensure we stay in line with the market.

💰 The target compensation for this role is $185-$200k base.
📈 In addition to our cash compensation, we offer generous perks and benefits.

  • $4000/yr Travel Stipend to work alongside other Roboflowers anywhere, anytime

  • $350/mo Productivity stipend for things like high-speed internet or co-working space

  • Up to 100% coverage of health insurance for you and your family

  • Remote-first/flexible schedule

  • Unlimited PTO (with a 2-week annual minimum)

  • 12 weeks parental leave

  • Equity in the company so we’re all invested in the future of computer vision

Interview Process (~5 hours)
Before the Interview:
We’ll review your application, LinkedIn, etc.
The best way to stand out is to write about something you’ve built with Roboflow or contribute to one of our open-source projects.

  • [30m] Meet with a product or design leader (e.g. Brad Dwyer, CTO or Dan Heasman, VP Product)
