As a Technical Recruiter at Artisan, you’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering, AI research, and product roles. You’ll partner directly with founders and hiring managers to attract world-class talent and help shape our growing team.
You will:
Drive the entire recruiting process: sourcing, outreach, interviews, offers, and closing.
Build strong pipelines of technical talent through creative sourcing and outreach.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects Artisan’s brand and culture.
Use data to improve recruiting velocity and quality of hire.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
Help define and scale recruiting processes, tools, and employer brand initiatives.
3+ years of experience recruiting engineers, data scientists, or product talent (in-house or agency).
Proven track record hiring for fast-growing startups or tech companies.
Deep familiarity with the technical landscape — you can talk credibly about stacks, roles, and skills.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organization and ownership — you thrive in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments.
Passion for storytelling and employer branding.
A bias toward action and continuous improvement.
