Convey is seeking a Technical Project Manager who blends strong project leadership with hands-on technical expertise. This hybrid role oversees projects end to end—managing timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams—while actively supporting technical configuration, customer onboarding, and issue resolution to deliver high-quality software solutions and a seamless implementation experience for utilities customers.
What You'll DoOwn and drive key delivery KPIs, including revenue, utilization, cycle time, CSAT, budgets, and profitability
Lead project management and technical onboarding for customer implementations
Gather and translate requirements into actionable deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget
Manage project plans, scope, budgets, resources, and revenue recognition
Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
Oversee change control, project documentation, and high-level estimates
Ensure accurate project tracking, timesheet approval, and acceptance of deliverables
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent technical project management experience
3+ years of technical project management experience delivering medium to large SaaS/software implementations
Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud technologies, databases, APIs, integrations, and authentication
Hands-on experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman
3+ years of experience with PSA tools and project management platforms
3+ years of experience using JIRA for workflow, user stories, and cross-team tracking
Experience creating estimates, SOWs, and proposals
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
PMP certification
