Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate physical security activities across projects, ensuring alignment with business, facilities, IT, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage security-related design, implementation, testing, and operational handover for systems such as access control, CCTV, alarms, and other security technologies.
  • Review project plans, technical specifications, and system designs to ensure compliance with security requirements and operational needs.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and successful project execution.
  • Act as the primary security representative in project meetings, providing guidance, updates, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and changes, ensuring effective mitigation and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and ensure proper governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Support facility readiness and transition activities to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing security operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in technical, infrastructure, facilities, construction, or security system projects.
  • Experience managing large-scale facility expansion, construction, or site-readiness projects is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Physical Security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarm systems, security monitoring, and related infrastructure.
  • Experience coordinating multiple vendors, contractors, system integrators, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, escalation, documentation, and executive reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, and project handover requirements.
