AIS is seeking a Technical Project Manager/Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams to drive discovery, execution, acceptance, and operational readiness for complex Microsoft cloud modernization efforts for a federal customer.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead stakeholder discovery, document requirements, map business processes, and maintain a prioritized, traceable backlog.
Coordinate delivery plans, milestones, risks, decisions, dependencies, and executive reporting across concurrent workstreams.
Facilitate design workshops, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, demos, user acceptance testing, and readiness reviews.
Develop acceptance criteria and trace requirements through configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
Coordinate change-management, communications, training, and service-transition activities.
Translate technical issues and decisions into concise customer-ready materials.
6+ years in technical project management, business analysis, or product delivery roles.
Experience leading enterprise application or Microsoft cloud implementation projects.
Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping, backlog management, and UAT coordination skills.
Ability to manage delivery cadence, customer expectations, and cross-functional dependencies.
Excellent written, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure delivery experience.
PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, or business-analysis certification.
Experience in a regulated or government customer environment.
