Key Responsibilities (Business Emphasis)
• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs tied to business outcomes, OKRs, and revenue goals
• Partner with Customer, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Being a client POC should be helpful in generating more business
• Translate business requirements into executable technical roadmaps
• Manage program-level risks, trade-offs, and prioritization decisions
• Drive executive communication, including:
- Program status
- Roadmap alignment
- Dependency and risk reporting.
- Customer Satisfaction factor
- Ensure delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and customer impact
- Improve program governance, planning cadence, and reporting standards
Required Skills
• Strong program management experience across multiple Client project engineering teams
• Solid technical understanding of Java-based distributed systems
Expertise in:
- Strong application development background
- Best practices implementations
- Growth Strategy at account level
- Roadmap planning
- Dependency management
- Executive communication
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Agile / SAFe delivery models.
