About the Role:

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to spearhead the execution of our strategy and foster seamless collaboration across our product and website ecosystem. This role is pivotal in ensuring our teams deliver high-quality functionality with speed, clarity, and strategic alignment.

This is a unique opportunity that goes beyond traditional governance. We are looking for an exceptional individual who can seamlessly merge strategic program management with a deep, technical understanding of our systems and workflows—someone who is ready to thrive in a fast-moving, innovative, and startup-minded environment.

Seniority Level: Senior Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the overarching strategy that connects our website, patient experience, physician engagement, and community outreach.

  • Lead strategic planning and establish robust project governance frameworks for the organization. Define and implement effective project management methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Coach and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high standards of project execution.

  • Act as a key liaison, facilitating clear communication and alignment between technical teams, product stakeholders, and business leadership.

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of roadblocks.

  • Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and predictability.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 3+ years in a technical program management role.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional technical programs in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term strategies that align technology with business objectives.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, hybrid) and experience in defining and implementing them.

  • Experience coaching or mentoring project managers or team leads.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and technology trends relevant to our industry.

  • Familiarity with healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries is a plus.
