As a Technical Program Manager at Tenstorrent, you’ll be at the center of cross-functional collaboration—building and driving program plans, aligning diverse teams, and ensuring seamless execution. You’ll balance technical insight with leadership and communication, helping deliver world-class hardware and software products on schedule.

This role is remote, based out of the United States.

Who You Are

  • Build, track, and own integrated program plans covering scope, schedule, metrics, and risks.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks by working with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and drive resolutions.
  • Ensure alignment across hardware, firmware, validation, manufacturing, and external suppliers through clear cross-team communication.
  • Create executive-level reports and presentations to support program reviews with leadership and external partners.
  • Champion continuous improvement by refining processes, tools, and team workflows.

What We Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering field (EE or ME preferred) or related technical discipline.
  • 4+ years in product design/validation roles plus 3+ years as a Technical Program Manager or project lead.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to motivate, influence, and lead teams.
  • Experience coordinating across hardware, firmware, validation, and manufacturing teams and managing external suppliers.
  • A proactive, self-motivated leader who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving accountability

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
