We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage multiple complex technical programs for our fraud prevention platform from initiation through delivery. This role is critical to ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives that enhance our fraud prevention platform and services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Monitor and track program progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders on program status, risks, and outcomes
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope
- Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, tools, and methodologies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing complex technical programs in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum-like environment
- Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Deep familiarity with Atlassian tools and how to optimize and customize them
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development and engineering principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a deep understanding of software development processes
Preferred
- Experience in the cybersecurity, fintech, or fraud prevention space
- Experience in regulated environments and fundamentals of risk management (risk assessment, controls, and audit)
- Experience as a Product Owner
- Scrum Certification
