Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Technical Program Manager to guide the strategic vision and execution of our technical programs. This role is instrumental in empowering organizations to unlock business value and productivity with Boomi’s platform by producing innovative assets and points of view that propel Boomi’s position as a visionary and indispensable industry leader. What You'll Do

• Support the strategic vision of technical programs, coordinating multiple projects to align with broader business goals while ensuring key program elements are on track, working closely with the senior manager of the Boomi Architecture and Development team. This includes contributing to objectives around delivering one platform for integration, automation, data, and AI, and advancing leadership in iPaaS, API Management, Data Management, and AI.
• Identify, assess, and address potential risks, ensuring a proactive approach to problem-solving and alignment on mitigation strategies across the program, in collaboration with the senior manager and asset delivery manager.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between technical, product, and business teams across departments to ensure program cohesion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, refine, and implement processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and quality across programs, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives. This includes contributing to the radical simplification of internal operations and processes leveraging data and AI.
• Track program-wide progress and success metrics, delivering comprehensive updates to executive stakeholders and ensuring program goals are met.
• Manage Accelerators, AI Agents, and Tools programs , oversee program-level progress and structure to keep programs on track, and lead project management of Accelerator Development, ensuring roadmap commitments on Boomi-created Marketplace Assets are met while remaining fluid enough to pivot with business and industry changes.
• Manage Sales Enablement & Sales Process initiatives, oversee Discover Processes & Standards, including development of standards, and manage Intake Design & Monitoring, including supporting customer-facing AI initiatives.
• Track Boomi Innovation Group Metrics & KPIs, support initiatives like the AI Guild or other future guilds that align to our team and the company's goals, and provide support as needed for roadmap planning.
• Support the asset delivery manager in resource assignment and coordinate with them for changes impacting their team.
• Support the stand-up of offshore team resources within the Boomi Innovation Group (BIG) with expansion into AI asset creation.
• Contribute to AI thought leadership via model adoption, policy creation, community articles, and enablement within Boomi.

The Experience You Bring

• Proven experience in technical program management.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple projects and align them with business goals.
• Demonstrated experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration across various departments (technical, product, business).
• Experience in designing, refining, and implementing efficient and scalable processes.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting program progress and success metrics to stakeholders.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Proficiency with industry-standard agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Prior program leadership experience within a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or cloud-native environment.
• Experience in technical post-merger acquisition integration programs.
