We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the Engineering PMO to support our Attribution team. As a TPM,  you will significantly shape the future of our Attribution & Ad Measurement initiatives within the MNTN Performance TV advertising sphere. You will support with driving technical and product strategy, managing end-to-end execution, and delivering state-of-the-art products that align with the organization’s strategic goals, all while providing an agile framework of support for your development team to operate in and acting as the liaison between various stakeholder departments to provide frequent updates on all products and releases. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to communicate clearly, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with engineering leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the full program lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and optimization.
  • Facilitate system design discussions and architectural reviews to ensure scalable, future-proof solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish program milestones, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs); monitor progress and report to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate with engineering and customer facing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Translate technical requirements and product features into detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks across multiple initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure effective communication around product features and updates.
  • Implement and refine Agile/Scrum practices to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of technical program or product management experience, working with ad measurement solutions, including MMMs, MTAs, and Brand Lift (plus other upper-funnel measurement solutions)
  • Experience working with identity resolution systems or identity graphs in an ad-tech, mar-tech, or SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable using SQL to query databases and extract data to analyze product performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional programs from concept to launch.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align technical initiatives with business priorities
  • Experience maintaining and managing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical information for non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian products
  • Experience integrating or managing AI/ML technologies into products and/or workflows
