Job Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Product Owner sought by DISH Wireless in Littleton, CO
Assume responsibility for the enhancement of our internal application systems and tools. Participate in the business development of novel features, the maintenance and enhancement of existing ones. Engage in activities aimed at enhancing the overall product experience and resilience. Facilitate the intake process to gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that they align with business goals and customer needs. Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, and other Agile ceremonies. Collaborate with the development team to break down product requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria that include technical requirements and address QA concerns. Monitor project progress and risks, and take appropriate action to mitigate issues and ensure that project goals are met. Work closely with the QA team to create and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated tests using tools such as Selenium and Postman. Continuously monitor product quality and work with the QA team to identify and address defects and issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new product features and enhancements based on business and customer needs. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, and ensure that all team members have a clear understanding of product requirements and QA expectations. Use data and feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or closely related field plus 2 years of experience in job offered or QA Product Owner, or Business Analyst. Must have Professional Scrum Product Owner II Certification (PSPO II) or equivalent. Also requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):

- Leading the test life cycle development and implementation
- SFTP/WinSCP/AWS/Docker
- Mobile testing with Appium and backend services testing via RestAPI
- Google Suite and STS/IntelliJ IDE
