As AI changes how users access product knowledge, this person will also help evolve our approach beyond traditional documentation toward more dynamic, AI-enabled experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate APIs, data flows, integrations, platform functionality, and technical requirements into clear materials for customers and partners.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure new features are understandable, well-documented, and ready for customer adoption.

  • Help shape how BranchLab product knowledge is structured for emerging experiences such as AI assistants, MCP, and agent-enabled support and onboarding.

  • Create and maintain user guides, integration guides, implementation resources, workflows, FAQs, release communications, and training materials.

  • Develop product demonstrations and enable Sales and Client Services to confidently communicate how the platform works.

  • Identify opportunities to make onboarding, implementation, and ongoing platform usage more intuitive and self-service.

  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and the commercial organization, ensuring product capabilities are communicated accurately and consistently.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years in technical product marketing, product marketing, product enablement, solutions consulting, technical writing, or a related technology role.

  • Deep working knowledge of APIs, integrations, data workflows, developer platforms, and AI-enabled products

  • Ability to communicate emerging AI technologies such as retrieval-augmented generation, Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool calling, and AI-native product experiences.

  • Exceptional ability to turn complex product functionality into clear, useful experiences for different audiences.

  • Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams.

  • Experience with SaaS, data platforms, AdTech, healthcare technology, or AI products is a plus.
