About the team

The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to help lead the development of innovative solutions.

Job Description

As a technical product manager, you’ll lead a team in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a wide range of contributors such as developers, architects, and analysts. You’ll work autonomously and dive into new areas of the product lifecycle, contributing tangible value across multiple phases. You’ll work on a variety of projects at enterprise-level organizations. New projects mean new business objectives, new challenges to solve, and new teams – it’s a chance to flex existing skills and build new muscle. You will be empowered to participate in key decision-making and use your skills, thought leadership, and passion to drive yourself and your team forward.  

About you

  • You have experience working with delivery teams in driving prioritization.
  • You’re obsessed with understanding customer needs and laser-focused on driving product requirements that align with them.
  • You have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • You have experience navigating and managing relationships in large client organizations. 
  • You can communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have proven expertise in industry SDLC best practices and delivery excellence.
  • You’re a pro at integrating usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  • You can influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively. 
  • You have a passion for mentoring and developing consultants to fulfill their potential. 

Qualifications

  • 5 - 10 years of experience working at a management consulting firm, operating as a technical product manager.
  • Experience supporting Utilities/energy clients and an understanding of asset management.
  • Experience building products in Azure.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft infrastructure.
  • Experience working between business and engineering teams.
  • Ability to travel based on client and practice demands.

Additional Information

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $140,483 - $158,242 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
