We are seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions for Veeva Labeling, a new product being developed by a team moving with the speed of a startup and the resources of a market-leading public company. In this role, you will be an expert in the use of AI to design and build AI agents that will author and validate drug labeling content and automate related processes.
What You’ll Do
- Hands-on design and development of prototypes of AI product features for Veeva Labeling.
- Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
- Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
- Assist with AI Agent evaluations
- Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML applications.
- Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
- Coding skills in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Strong collaboration skills for working with engineering, UX design, and application product management teams.
- Excellent communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little direct supervision.
- Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.
- Must be able to travel 20%

- Experience in a data scientist, machine learning, or data engineering role.
- Experience in Life Sciences.
- Experience building products on application development platforms.
- Experience building software for regulated industries.
- Experience interacting with customers and internal teams remotely and across geographies.

Compensation
- Base pay: $75,000 - $165,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
