Relationship Management: Manage interactions & conflicts with business partners & customers through  networking & teamwork
Oversee and assist functional & cross-functional conflict management, and escalate only when unresolvable
- Proactively works to build a network of relationships which extend beyond the team and product organization

Initiatives Management: Set Goals & Standards and Manage related resources, procedures and protocols

Own & drive min of two product areas for product management with two or more scrum teams.
Self-allocates time based on understanding of team priorities and applies process excellence techniques
- Ability to quickly build trust with team and clients
- Effectively manages client programs and initiatives, identifying and communicating risks and dependencies
- Develop coaching/mentoring skills and mentor Product Managers

Impact & Influence:  Direct and contribute to processes within & outside the organization

Providing impactful knowledge & assistance within the product group and across all functions
- Be seen as a product expert
- Consistently effective at persuading and influencing others to understand product goals and objectives
- Influencing skills evolving to leadership skills

Communication:  Effectively exchange ideas and information through Active listening, Negotiation & Persuasion, Presenting relevant information

- Establishing and maintaining metrics for development teams to do self-evaluation and external reporting

Subject Expertise:  Develop expertise with function, current systems, use/ recommend new systems to increase efficiency

Strong knowledge of product objectives and company goals. Understanding of company objectives. Articulates the company goals/vision and how it maps to product objectives.
- Able to translate company goals into a product roadmap that is both metrics driven and actionable.
- Able to combine data and subject matter expertise to make product decisions and prioritization trade-offs

Technical Skills: Develop essential skills and partner with engineering org for success

Understands service ownership boundaries, dependencies, and scaling considerations. Can work across backend/frontend/data layers.
- Proficient in shaping data requirements, (for platform defining data models, and understanding ETL/data pipeline implications)
- Anticipates technical constraints; capable of participating meaningfully in architecture discussions (e.g., async vs. sync APIs, event-driven designs, horizontal scaling).
- Can articulate tech debt tradeoffs and influence prioritization based on impact and urgency.
- Partners with tech leads to drive platform, performance, or reliability improvements into the roadmap.

Accountability:  Develop credibility and ownership

- Effectively executes product operations to deliver on product goals
- Successful delivery of high-visibility or business critical programsCritical Evaluation

- Ability to translate data into analytics and to translate analytics into effective product guidance and strategy
- Conducts assessments to address problems and implement solutions; Involves manager or other senior leaders as appropriate, but only when necessary for support.
- Strong team acumen to identify key issues and apply experience to drive solutions
- Exercise considerable individual judgment and initiative 

Years of Experience & Educational Requirements:

Required:
8+ years of Experience in a same or similar role/function
Bachelors in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare
Preferred:
Payment Integrity Domain Expertise
Masters in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare

Culture and Leadership: Drives cross-team alignment by framing trade-offs, setting priorities, and resolving ambiguity
- Models ownership and accountability across functions
- Coaches junior PMs or team members informally
- Builds strong trust with engineering, clinical, and cross-functional peers
- Brings clarity and calm to complex, high-pressure situations
- Promotes a culture of outcomes over output/activity and customer-centric thinking

$146,910.00 - $220,366.00
