We’re helping build a brand-new CRM product that integrates into a custom-built, AI driven, enterprise-wide data platform for one of the world’s largest banks. This tool will empower Sales Agents and Customer Support teams to deliver better service by making high-quality data work harder for them.
As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll:
Own and shape the product roadmap
Break down big ideas into clear capabilities, Epics, and Stories
Partner with Sales, Support, and Data Engineering to align goals
Work hands-on with engineering teams from concept through release
Drive adoption, gather feedback, and champion continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of product management experience with CRM, sales platforms, or internal tools
Hands-on CRM expertise (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.)
Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Experience working in an Agile environment required; SAFe familiarity is a plus
Strong technical foundation (sales enablement or data ecosystem background)
Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Banking industry experience a strong plus

Salary Range: $120,000 - $165,000 annually
- This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay a Technical Product Manager. Actual compensation may vary depending on relevant factors, including experience, skills, location, and client project.

Minimum Degree Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required
