About the Job

As the Product Manager for the Admin Console, you will own the strategy, execution, and delivery of a user-centric, secure, and high-performance experience used by IT and security teams to manage their Keeper environments. You will work closely with ReactJS engineers, designers, QA, and cross-functional teams to build powerful tools for provisioning, auditing, monitoring, and policy management. This role requires hands-on familiarity with front-end architecture, enterprise UX design, and identity and access control patterns. At Keeper, Product Managers are expected to operate at an engineering level — understanding front-end code, participating in architecture discussions, and helping build secure, high-performance administrative interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and feature development for Keeper’s Admin Console
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver performant, secure, and intuitive front-end experiences for admins and IT operators
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand how they manage identities, policies, roles, and audit workflows
  • Work closely with ReactJS and Redux engineers to design modular, scalable UIs and shared components
  • Guide API and interface design to support secure, real-time data flows between front-end and platform services
  • Prioritize enhancements and new features based on user feedback, business goals, and performance considerations
  • Own the full product lifecycle — from concept and design through development, QA, release, and iteration
  • Partner with documentation, support, and marketing teams to drive adoption and ease of use
  • Advocate for usability, accessibility, and performance across the Admin Console
  • Ensure the Admin Console aligns with Keeper’s zero-trust and zero-knowledge architecture principles
  • Contribute to front-end planning sessions, provide structured feedback on UI implementation, and support engineering with product-focused architecture input.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally with experience in security, identity, or enterprise administration platforms
  • Proven success delivering complex, user-facing applications — especially administrative dashboards, configuration portals, or enterprise control panels
  • Strong technical background with the ability to read and reason through front-end code (React, ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript) and participate in UI-level architectural decisions
  • Understanding of secure front-end development patterns, including component state management and real-time data handling
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript toolchains (Webpack, NPM, Git), browser debugging, and front-end CI/CD pipelines
  • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), SSO/SAML/OIDC integrations, and enterprise IT administration
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
  • We are looking for builders — technically skilled PMs who can think like engineers, shape complex UIs, and work closely across the full development stack.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on familiarity with Redux and component-based front-end architectures
  • Experience with state management, performance profiling, and front-end testing strategies
  • Experience designing or supporting complex role/permissions systems
  • Familiarity with C++ or Qt-based desktop applications is a plus
  • Experience integrating admin interfaces with backend microservices and event-driven systems
Benefits
  • Medical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)
  • Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental Life
  • Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance
  • 401K (Roth/Traditional)
  • A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc.)
  • Above-market annual bonuses
