We are a fast-growing, remote-first startup backed by VC funding. Our platform connects eCommerce brands with everyday social media users, revolutionizing influencer marketing with cutting-edge technology.

We are hiring a versatile generalist with both business savvy and technical expertise. Reporting directly to our CEO and CTO, you will assume key responsibilities across every department—from operations to product development—with significant leadership potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Use SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to extract insights and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Drive projects from ideation through execution, ensuring decisions are data-driven.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Product, and Design to streamline processes and refine workflows.
  • Oversee the launch of new products, features, and process changes, managing launch strategies and post-launch iterations.
  • Design and run experiments to optimize product and operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, engineering, or analytics roles with strong technical execution.
  • Expert-level SQL and data analytics skills, with experience in forecasting models and market analytics seen as a plus.
  • Hands-on backend development experience, particularly in building data integrations and ETL processes using low-code and AI tools.
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A creative, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for efficiency, process automation, and continuous improvement.

The compensation for this role is a salary range of $120-170k USD.
