We are looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME), to drive deep technical engagements with partners and customers. As a Technical Marketing Engineer, you are the technical authority bridging NVIDIA engineering and our customers/partners. Your duties will vary from verifying NVIDIA Aerial and AODT internally and supporting external adoption efforts; Conduct AI-RAN setup integration; Drive AI-RAN, AERIAL and NVIDIA SDK reference applications with partners; Invent proof-of-concept demonstrations and developer assets to drive customer adoption. TMEs are drawn from elite developers and scientists who enjoy working with the latest in GPU hardware and software! NVIDIA’s platform for machine learning, deep learning and high-performance computing have already made a major impact on the TELECOM domain and are broadly used across leading 5G, Wireless, ORAN and Enterprise AI applications. Our success has been based on laser-focused industry vertical business development, building a strong developer ecosystem and scaling out the business using a partner channel and creative marketing. We need a hard-working, self-motivated, and creative individual to help us pursuing more of these opportunities in fields of AI, RAN. The TME needs to be able to operate in a start-up environment, with minimal direction but a phenomenal teammate in a matrixed organization.

What you will be doing:

  • Be hands-on at lab with test equipment, remote radio units and UEs and integrate 5G OTA system and RAN-in-Cloud Platform.

  • Be technical bridge of our customers/partners and Nvidia engineering team and developer relationship managers.

  • Partner with our engineering and development teams working on groundbreaking AERIAL, AODT and NVIDIA SDK technologies and drive our internal validation and benchmarking of RAN and AI-RAN.

  • Partner with our developer relationship managers and account team to develop a keen understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical needs as well as help to define and deliver high-value solutions meeting these needs.

  • Document what you know and guide others. This can vary from building targeted training for partners, other TMEs, Solutions Architects and other internal team members, to writing whitepapers, blogs, and wiki articles, to simply working through hard problems with a customer on a whiteboard.

  • Strategically partner with lighthouse customers and industry-specific solution partners targeting our computing platform.

  • Communicate the external user experience feedback with the internal teams to improve AERIAL, and AODT SDKs.

  • We make heavy use of conferencing tools, but some travel is required for this role. Be empowered to find the best way to get your job done and highly accountable to accomplish the mission. Keen to make our internal partners and customers successful.

What we need to see:

  • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Signal processing, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Telecommunications (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of work-related industry experience in system engineering, software development.

  • Domain expertise in 5G and vRAN with understanding of hardware and software in a wireless industry.

  • Experience working with pioneering application deployment practices including but not limited to Docker/Containers and Kubernetes.

  • Experience with Deep Learning software architecture and frameworks.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering.

  • Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects.

  • Ability to work as an individual contributor or take a technical leadership role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Deep knowledge of wireless and 5G

  • Experience using GPU programming and design practices.

  • Experience with AERIAL and AODT SDKs.

  • Background with NVIDIA products and embedded platforms.

  • Experience with network, Kubernetes, Cloud, ORAN and vRAN.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 264,500 USD for Level 4, and 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
