We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Lead or Senior Developer with strong project management skills to join our team. We are developing a cutting-edge application using Laravel and Angular to support our ABA therapy business. As a Technical Lead / Senior Developer with Project Management skills, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of our application, providing technical leadership, and ensuring efficient workflow. You will play a crucial role in evaluating the application's architecture, identifying potential bottlenecks, and implementing best practices. A key aspect of this role is ensuring HIPAA compliance throughout the development process and providing clear visibility of the project's progress to the customer. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on technical projects.
- Extensive experience in reviewing and critiquing code for quality and potential issues.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate development timelines.
- Proficiency in Laravel and Angular frameworks.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a remote and diverse team effectively.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements and experience in developing HIPAA-compliant applications.
