MISSIONS :
● Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using .NET and NodeJS (TypeScript) for backend development and React/Angular (TypeScript) for frontend.
● Convert outcome statements from the product team into technical specifications for the engineering team and ensure the defined outcomes are delivered
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
● Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
● Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
● Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in blockchain and crypto technology.
● Complete the transformation of existing system into a microservices architecture.
● Integrating existing system with a new crypto exchange platform.
Profil
● Proven experience as a Tech Lead (Minimum 3 years experience as a Tech Lead for teams of over 5 staff).
● Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
● Strong knowledge of .NET frameworks, NodeJS, and TypeScript.
● Experience with RESTful APIs and web socket connections.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.
● Crypto/Blockchain Commercial experience
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
● Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
● BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Good communication skills.
● Ability to lead and inspire a team.
● Strong tech project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
