Sprinter Health
Technical Implementation Manager, Enterprise Partnerships (Health Plans)
At Sprinter Health, our mission is reimagining how people access care by bringing it directly to their homes. Nearly 30% of patients in the U.S. skip preventive or chronic care simply because they can’t get to a doctor’s office. For many, the ER becomes their first touchpoint with the healthcare system—driving over $300B in avoidable costs every year.
By using the same technologies that power leading marketplace and last-mile platforms, we deliver care where people are, especially those who need it most. To date, we’ve supported over 2 million patients across 22+ states, completed hundreds of thousands of in-home visits, and consistently maintained a 90+ NPS. Our team of clinicians, technologists, and operators has raised over $125M from investors including a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel.
About the Role:We’re hiring an Implementation Manager to join our Partnerships organization and lead enterprise partner onboarding and launch across Sprinter’s largest health plan and health system relationships. This role sits at the center of Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations and is responsible for ensuring every new partner launch is executed smoothly, delivers value quickly, and scales across markets and products.
In this role, you will own Sprinter’s end-to-end enterprise implementation motion: from technical discovery and solution design through launch readiness and post-launch stabilization. You’ll help define and standardize our implementation offerings while creating clear mechanisms to evaluate and manage custom partner requests. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong program leadership without direct authority, comfort working with senior stakeholders, and sound judgment in balancing customer needs with operational scalability.
If you enjoy leading complex, multi-stakeholder launches, translating enterprise requirements into scalable solutions, and building repeatable implementation frameworks in a high-growth healthcare environment, this role is for you.
