- Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements and estimate implementation effort.
- Perform complex software installations and oversee partner technical execution.
- Provide governance and leadership for major programs including FOAK deployments.
- Support major escalations and system‑down situations.
- Influence design and technical decisions across full project lifecycle.
- Drive solution standardization and maximize reuse.
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Customer Care teams.
- Produce guidelines and checklists for partner execution.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Continuously update technical and IT knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
- Profound IT industry experience.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in German and English
- Required to travel approximately 30% of the time across the DACH region.
- Strong troubleshooting and advanced IT diagnostic experience.
- Experience coaching junior colleagues.
- Knowledge of PACS, RIS, EPR, DICOM, HL7 (preferably cardiology).
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, SQL Server, networking, cloud, and storage.
- Eagerness to learn and grow
