Job Description SummaryAs Technical Implementation Leader, you will lead the technical implementation of complex software solutions, partnering closely with customers and cross‑functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure successful delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction which will require travel to customer sites across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) around 30-50% of the time or as the business needs.

Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to define technical requirements and estimate implementation effort.
  • Perform complex software installations and oversee partner technical execution.
  • Provide governance and leadership for major programs including FOAK deployments.
  • Support major escalations and system‑down situations.
  • Influence design and technical decisions across full project lifecycle.
  • Drive solution standardization and maximize reuse.
  • Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Customer Care teams.
  • Produce guidelines and checklists for partner execution.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Continuously update technical and IT knowledge.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
  • Profound IT industry experience.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in German and English
  • Required to travel approximately 30% of the time across the DACH region.
  • Strong troubleshooting and advanced IT diagnostic experience.
  • Experience coaching junior colleagues.
  • Knowledge of PACS, RIS, EPR, DICOM, HL7 (preferably cardiology).
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, SQL Server, networking, cloud, and storage.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
