The technical interviewer should help to evaluate a results-driven Product Owner who helps to drive the evolution and optimization of our internal Atlassian tool ecosystem (Jira, JSM, Assets, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical interviews according to the established standards at N-iX
  • Follow the technical interview process at N-iX
  • Provide feedback after interview in timely manner regarding candidate’s qualification level and making prediction if they can cope with the following requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business systems analysis, or internal tools management.
  • Deep knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, JSM, Confluence, etc) along with experience configuring and administering such applications.
  • Knowledge of data analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and conflicting priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success in owning tool roadmaps, gathering requirements, and delivering process and productivity improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for translating technical concepts into non-technical language.
  • Experience working in Agile oriented organizations.
  • Strong English skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent knowledge of English
