Our founding team includes veterans from top-tier studios and funded ventures, and we’re seeking a Technical Director to step into a critical leadership role and take the reins on our technical vision and execution.
We’re looking for a senior technical leader to take the reins on our platform and engineering future. You’ll inherit early architectural decisions and prototypes, but have significant influence in where we go next. We’re looking for someone excited to scale our core tech, products and teams while we grow.
What You’ll DoArchitect our Future: Design and scale the systems that power our platform. Scaling and refining the early infrastructure we've built across client, backend, and AI integrations.
Build and Grow a World Class Eng Org: Hire, manage and mentor senior engineering leaders; shape a team culture that delivers fast without sacrificing quality.
Partner with leadership: Own the technical strategy and represent engineering in executive planning- turning company vision into executable plans.
Inform Strategy with Technical Insight: Use your engineering expertise to shape product, operations, and business decisions that drive growth.
Drive Technical Excellence & Velocity: Set the bar for quality, scalability, and speed to ensure we move fast and build right.
Prior experience as a technical leader in a startup or small studio environment.
Hands-on expertise in modern mobile web game engines (H5 or similar) and/or full-stack web/mobile architecture.
Strong systems thinking and comfort building for rapid prototyping, live operations, and multiplayer or social experiences.
Experience with and deep curiosity around AI/ML integrations in gameplay or tooling.
Strong people and project leadership skills. You know how to keep teams aligned, motivated, and producing.
A strong communicator who can influence at the executive level and earn trust across technical and non-technical teams.
Comfortable leading through ambiguity and helping teams make smart tradeoffs early in product development.
Hands on when needed, but not a bottleneck, you know when to dive in and when to delegate.
Experience working in or leading mobile, social, or UGC-based games or platforms.
Exposure to generative AI tools, LLMs, or creative AI workflows.
You’re a player yourself and stay curious about the future of games.
