Job Summary & Responsibilities

Required Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience developing technical or educational content 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience creating learning content for technical audiences (e.g., IT, software, cloud,networking, security, Artificial Intelligence) 
  • Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Adobe, Articulate, Camtasia, Markdown, Git-based workflows) 
  • Experience with AI content development tools for voice and video generation 
  • Experience working with SMEs and cross-functional teams 
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, agile environments 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic or digital design 
  • Experience in a tech learning, training, or education company 
  • Hands-on technical background (e.g., software development, IT operations, networking, cloud platforms) 
  • Experience with API integration and process workflow development

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $62,000.00 to $78,00.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

What is the ATC? 

Our Advanced Technology Center (ATC) is like no other testing and research lab. We call it an ecosystem that is front ended by our WWT Platform (Website). It's the place engineers and architects go for exclusive resources, guidance and tools. In the ATC, we provide Labs, Learning Paths, Cyber Range, Proof of Concepts, Lab Hosting Programs, and WWT Research. These offerings are meant for our Customers, Partners, and Internal Employees who need training and education on the latest and greatest solutions across all technology domains.    

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical learning content, including: 
  • Online courses, modules, and learning paths 
  • Videos, tutorials, and written technical guides 
  • Translate complex technical topics into clear, learner-friendly content 
  • Collaborate with SMEs to validate accuracy and relevance 
  • Develop content creation standards and practices to improve efficiency 
  • Update and maintain content to reflect evolving technologies and customer needs 
  • Work with product and platform teams to ensure content integrates seamlessly into the learning experience 
  • Incorporate learner feedback and analytics to continuously improve content quality 
  • Ensure content meets accessibility, quality, and brand standards
