About your roleWe are looking for a Technical Consultant to play a pivotal role in empowering our clients to maximize the value of our innovative investment management platform. You'll be a trusted advisor, driving successful implementations and fostering long-term customer relationships by leveraging your deep product knowledge and industry insights. This is an opportunity to directly impact how our clients operate, transforming their processes and enhancing their investor experience.
As a Technical Consultant, you will design, develop, and deliver tailored solutions that address our clients' unique business challenges. You'll partner closely with clients across their organizations, understanding their workflows and guiding them towards more efficient and effective practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless adoption, driving feature utilization, and achieving optimal business outcomes.
What you’ll doStrategic Consultation: Partner with clients to understand their strategic goals, business drivers, and desired outcomes, crafting customized adoption plans that align with their objectives.
Solution Delivery: Lead the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring timely execution and overcoming potential constraints to drive positive results.
Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for diverse user groups, simplifying complex technical concepts for varying levels of expertise.
Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, maintaining a deep understanding of product functionality, industry best practices, and customer behaviors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Management, Customer Success, Service and Support, and Product Development teams to resolve complex issues and influence product roadmap decisions.
Process Optimization: Develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Technical Consulting Team.
Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation on product and procedural best practices, ensuring consistent messaging across the organization.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients within the investment management industry.
Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and presentations, including executive-level audiences.
Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Willingness to travel nationally up to 10% as needed.
Technical experience in working with API implementations is a plus
Previous consulting experience helping customers achieve outcomes in a technical manner
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
