Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

NCR is looking for an energetic Technical Account Manager to assist current Grocery retailers with growing their business by fully understanding and utilizing the Freshop eCommerce platform to increase their ecommerce revenue.

  • Understand our customers’ merchandising goals and provide assistance through reporting and advice
  • Understand our customers’ marketing goals and provide assistance through reporting and advice
  • Understand our customers’ strategic goals and provide guidance with how to best meet those goals
  • Lead technical projects to assist retailers with technical 3rd party integrations
  • Lead the testing as new functionality is rolled out the the customer website
  • Lead regular calls with customers to discuss current state of the business and to track and discuss any open technical issues
  • Responsible for educating customers, helping to solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of our products and services
  • Advocate internally for your customers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Log and track all issues in BugTracker/CRM - actions performed, current status, troubleshooting steps completed and details of final issue resolution
  • Train customers to use the tools in our platform through web meetings, phone calls and demonstrations
  • Evaluate and suggest updates for knowledge base and self service tools
  • Assist Quality Assurance team to identify bugs reported and partner with our technical team for resolution
