Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour, and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As the Technical Account Manager, Product you will shape how Engrain's products are integrated within our partners' platforms. You will work closely with technical, UX, and product teams both within Engrain and our partner organizations. This role is critical in ensuring that our suite of APIs, integrations, and applications are effectively leveraged, providing strategic recommendations and setting best practices for our partners.
What you'll do...
Help Partners Leverage Engrain's Products

  • Collaborate with partners to design solutions for integrating Engrain products into their systems. Develop technical specifications and UX, ensuring smooth integration with partner APIs, databases, and user interfaces.
  • Work hands-on with partners' development teams to troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations, and help them configure our products in a way that best meets their needs. Prototype and test solutions as needed to ensure feasibility and performance.
  • Work closely with partners to understand their product roadmaps, identifying alignment opportunities where Engrain's products can add value. Provide guidance on how future roadmap developments can integrate with our solutions effectively.


Collaborate with Internal Teams on Recommendations

  • Collaborate closely with Engrain's product, UX, data, and engineering teams to define integration requirements, customize product offerings, and address technical challenges. Ensure internal teams are aligned on integration goals, timelines, and resources.
  • Stay informed of Engrain's product roadmaps and strategy to ensure our partners meet evolving product guidelines
  • Continually monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and partner ecosystem changes to inform integration strategies and ensure our products remain at the forefront of the market.
  • Regularly update Engrain's product leadership on partner needs, integration challenges, and market opportunities, providing insights that help shape our product roadmap and prioritize features that enhance partner compatibility and success.


Requirements
What you offer us...

  • 5+ years of experience in a product or customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Product Manager.
  • Strong experience in API integrations and solution design, with a deep understanding of how to configure and implement third-party software into partner systems.
  • Experience in guiding partners or customers through technical challenges, troubleshooting issues, and providing scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in working with development and UX teams and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose practical, efficient solutions.


What we offer:

  • Pay Range: $95,000 - $120,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
