Lead consultative technical and executive conversations, develop tailored proposals with engineering teams, build long-term stakeholder relationships, and maintain pipeline discipline to drive revenue and decarbonization impact.
Shape the Future of Industrial Energy with AI
At etalytics, you won’t just sell software — you will help some of the world’s most energy-intensive industries fundamentally rethink how energy is used, optimized, and decarbonized.
Across industries like data centers, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure, energy systems are becoming more complex, more dynamic, and more business-critical than ever before. Rising energy costs, decarbonization targets, and growing operational demands are pushing companies to move beyond traditional approaches.
This is where etalytics comes in.
Born out of research at TU Darmstadt, Germany, etalytics combines deep engineering rigor with the speed and ambition of a scaling technology company. Our platform uses AI, advanced analytics, digital twins, and predictive optimization to transform raw operational data into intelligent decisions that reduce energy consumption, lower costs, and improve resilience.
As a Technical Account Executive, you will work at the intersection of technology, business impact, and climate innovation. You will partner with industrial leaders across operations, engineering, sustainability, and executive teams to uncover opportunities, shape solutions, and guide customers toward smarter, data-driven energy management.
This is a role for someone who wants to sell something real: measurable efficiency gains, meaningful emissions reductions, and technology that directly improves how critical infrastructure performs in the real world.

* Translate complex AI and energy optimization capabilities into clear business value for technical and executive stakeholders.
* Collaborate with solution engineers, data experts, and internal teams to develop tailored proposals and value-driven customer solutions.
* Build long-term relationships with stakeholders across engineering, operations, sustainability, and leadership functions.
* Represent etalytics at relevant industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
* Maintain a disciplined pipeline and deliver reliable forecasting in a fast-growing, high-trust environment.
