Primary Responsibilities:

• This person may support multiple roles, depending on the needs of the organization, shifting between operational support and focused project delivery, or a combination thereof
• Role may be responsible for managing end-to-end projects such as system enhancements, AI initiatives, Power BI Dashboard efforts, and implementing survey operations
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals as needed
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, help translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver outcomes
• Provide regular status/progress updates to leadership and stakeholders on key initiatives
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies
• Facilitate meetings and ensure transparency in progress tracking
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Ensure solid process governance, documentation, and data integrity
• Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive standardization across processes
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• College graduate of any course
• 3+ years leading IT projects and technical initiatives supporting IT operations
• Solid experience in PowerApp and PowerBi dashboard
• Solid experience in Survey management, including survey design, Distribution , tracking and
  reporting
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow, and database.
  Solid team-oriented skills and ability to lead cross functional initiatives, focusing on achieving
  diverse operational objectives
• Ability to leverage AI capabilities (automation, insights, copilots, intelligent workflows) to enhance
  efficiency and achieve operational outcomes
• Solid communication skills, communicates process guidance and project status clearly and
  professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences. Prior experience working with U.S.
  based clients
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives in parallel while maintaining accuracy and quality
  Ability to produce clear written documentation and training content aligned to Optum standards
