Lead design and development of scalable, secure enterprise Java applications. Implement REST APIs and Spring Boot microservices, apply core Java, multithreading, OOP, and architectural best practices. Work with Spring/Hibernate and Oracle PL/SQL in an Agile, distributed team; ensure security, high availability, and strong stakeholder communication.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in developing enterprise applications
- Design, and develop scalable and secure Java-based applications.
- Strong hands on experience in Core Java
- Multi-threading and Synchronization on multicore systems
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Principles
- Solid architectural understanding of enterprise applications
- Experience with REST based APIs and SpringBoot Microservices
- Proficient in Security and building high availability applications
- Spring/Hibernate
- Oracle PL SQL Experience
- Agile development experience
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written; ability to face off to business users.
- Good team-work skills, and the ability to work in a distributed global team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the determination to achieve his/her goals
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 46,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 162,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
