What you will do:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, National Resource Desk, the Team Manager is responsible for overseeing intra-day planning and resource allocation across multiple sites and lines of business. This includes scheduling, real-time management, and the development and maintenance of departmental processes, performance metrics, and employee performance tracking. This role manages a team in a 24/7 environment and includes rotating on-call responsibilities.

How you will do it:
Operational Leadership
Oversee real-time planning, scheduling, and operational analysis in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Apply expertise in demand planning and forecasting to ensure efficient staffing and excellent customer outcomes.
Support business continuity during technology outages and ensure timely resolution.
Team & Process Management
Manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and support to meet performance targets.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team and organizational efficiency.
Lead the ongoing implementation and optimization of workforce management tools.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with cross-functional teams to support evolving initiatives and achieve shared goals.
Communicate complex business processes and outcomes clearly to all levels of leadership.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, handling requests and escalations effectively.
Training & Development
Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5+ years in workforce management, including leadership experience.
Skills:
Strong people management and critical thinking skills.
Efficient learning and synthesis of new information.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Preferred:
Experience with workforce management tools such as Aspect (Alvaria), NICE IEX, or WFM.
Familiarity with telecom platforms like NICE CXOne or Avaya.
Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.

HIRING SALARY RANGE, COLORADO: $79,00- 90,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
