About the Role:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Team Lead on the retention team. As the Retention Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retention team while continuing to contribute as a customer loyalty representative. This unique position will require you to balance your responsibilities between leading and mentoring team members and continuing to actively engage in retention activities.

Day to Day:

  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of customer loyalty representatives.
  • Lead by example through your own performance, demonstrating best practices and strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to review performance, provide feedback, and set development goals.
  • Utilize Gong during one-on-one meetings and throughout the week to listen to and provide feedback for team members calls.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager to develop strategies, set targets, and implement initiatives to drive team success.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Continue to crush it in your retention role and show the team what is possible.
  • Master evangelizing Aura's story and mission to “create a safer internet”  for individuals and families.
  • Full comprehension of Aura's product catalog and how they protect our customers.
  • Consult with customers on best practices to better protect their online identity and digital assets.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas
  • Proactively improve knowledge of industry best practices and recent events to ensure you are a trusted resource for our customers.

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You're self motivated and know how to push yourself and a team to achieve goals.

Our packages include competitive pay, health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and more! Pay for this role includes an hourly rate of $23-26/hour, plus commission. Compensation may vary depending upon job related knowledge, skills, experience, location, and meeting sales metrics while in the role.
