As a Tax Senior, you’ll bring strong technical skills, growing leadership ability, and a client service mindset to firms that prioritize both career advancement and quality of life. In this role, you’ll take ownership of tax engagements, support and review staff-level work, and contribute to delivering excellent client service in a modern, collaborative environment.
Prepare and review complex tax compliance engagements for individuals and businesses.
Assist with tax planning and advisory projects in collaboration with firm leadership.
Provide guidance and training to staff accountants, offering constructive feedback and support.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards and evolving tax laws.
Use technology to streamline workflows and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
Requirements
CPA license required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2+ years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
Solid technical tax knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
