Objective

Support client’s Talent Acquisition Marketing team by creating engaging, SEO-informed recruitment content that increases awareness of client expert opportunities, with a strong emphasis on local hiring campaigns. They should be comfortable collaborating directly with stakeholders, working from creative briefs, incorporating feedback from communications and subject matter experts, and writing content that balances SEO best practices with an authentic candidate experience.

The current content strategy prioritizes expanding awareness of local roles over virtual opportunities and educating candidates on the value of working in client's physical locations.

  • Adapt content for multiple target markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to refine messaging.
  • Incorporate feedback from communications partners and tax subject matter experts.
  • Optimize content using SEO recommendations provided by the client's existing SEO agency when applicable.
  • Maintain a consistent editorial voice aligned with employer branding objectives.
  • Assist with content ideation and recommend new recruitment-focused topics.

With a 44-hour monthly retainer, expected output may include:

  • 6–8 long-form recruitment blog articles (depending on complexity)
  • Local hiring campaign content
  • Landing page updates
  • Recruitment messaging refreshes
