Our Tax Advisory services encompass a range of areas, including Accounting for Income Taxes, Transaction Tax, Sales and Use Tax, Distressed and Bankruptcy Tax, and General Tax Consulting including Transfer Pricing and Tax Technology solutions. With our expertise in these domains, we offer tailored guidance and strategic counsel to meet the unique needs of each client.

Who You Are:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Taxation

· 6+ years of experience in tax advisory or consulting, with an emphasis on ASC 740 income tax provisions including proficiency with and implementation of tax provision technology; preferably with Big 4 or large CPA firm experience

· You have a passion for developing client relationships, building a practice and an appetite for improving new skills

· You get the job done and have fun doing it

· You thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment

· You readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutions

· You demonstrate analytical rigor and strong written and verbal communication skills

· You enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, and firm events

· You have the ability and desire to travel as required based on client location

What You’ll Do:

· Use tax technical knowledge to develop solutions to client problems, including preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provisions

· Lead research and analysis related to a variety of tax advisory, transactions, and strategic issues

· Partner directly with clients to support their needs and deliver high-quality projects

· Oversee the development of reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
